The National Kidney Foundation of Michigan provides workshops for diabetic and pre-diabetic people in need of help to live a healthy life. In order to better track program participant progress and participation, they utilize a web tool to enter data.
They needed to add another user type, who would more closely monitor progress of both the workshops overall, and the individual participants.
- While the tool styling and basic functions were set, they needed this new user to have an expanded version of the current user tools for tracking progress.
- In addition to what already existed, this user type needed aggregate data at a glance, as well as a graph view to help visualize the progress
- Users also wished for an easy way to view the list of participants and their data. Currently, the tool only shows a list of the workshop participants with a small list of their most important aggregate data. The graphs would allow the new user to see that progress over time.
